Age and Fertility

More and more often, we are approached by women over 40 who do not have children and are facing infertility issues. It's understandable—many have focused on building their careers, finding the right partner, and prioritizing their personal development. Only by this age do they realize they are ready for a child… Of course, we will help, traverse this journey together, and eventually welcome a baby. However, it's also possible to alleviate future suffering by understanding fertility age:
20-30 years. This is considered the best reproductive age. If you or your close relatives have not encountered issues with conception or gynecological problems, everything is fine, and you can enjoy life without worry.
31-35 years. If you are 31, keep in mind that it is recommended to check your ovarian reserve annually. The fact is, from this age onward, fertility begins to decline, so it is extremely important to monitor your condition with your doctor, so you can take necessary measures if needed. Think of it as an annual dental check-up—just a part of taking care of yourself.
35 years and older. Fertility begins to decline sharply from the age of 35, and by 40, it drops to just 3-5%, meaning only 3-5 women out of 100 can conceive a child on their first attempt. So, what should you do if you’re not ready to become parents yet? Come in for an examination and consider freezing your eggs! It’s a simple solution that allows you to live without worrying about your biological clock, knowing that your baby will be with you when you’re ready.
