Getting Ready for IVF: What to Bring Before Starting Your Treatment

To ensure a smooth start to your IVF journey, please make sure you have the following documents and information available before beginning your treatment cycle.

Required Documents

Identification Documents

Please bring:

• Emirates ID or passport copies for both partners;
• Physical passport-sized photographs of both partners;
• Marriage certificate or DHA permission for unmarried couples

Previous Medical Records

If you have undergone fertility investigations or treatment in the past, please bring any available medical records, including:

• Hormonal test results;
• Ultrasound reports;
• Semen analysis reports;
• Previous IVF or fertility treatment records.

These documents can help our medical team better understand your fertility history and tailor your treatment plan accordingly.

Important Attendance Requirements

For legal and medical reasons, the male partner must be physically present at the clinic on the following days:

Fertilization Day

The male partner must attend the clinic on the day of fertilization to provide the required sample and complete any necessary documentation.

Embryo Transfer Day

The male partner must also be present on the day of embryo transfer.
