Stage 1: Ovulation stimulation, starting from the 2nd or 3rd day of the cycle. Modern methods allow for the use of "soft" stimulation protocols tailored to each individual.
Stage 2: Follicle aspiration is performed on the 13th to 15th day of the cycle. The choice of the day depends on the stimulation protocol and the degree of egg maturation.
Stage 3: Fertilization. The most motile and healthy sperm are placed in a special container with the egg, where self-fertilization occurs.
Stage 4: Embryo culture. The fertilized egg is placed in a special nutrient medium and transferred to an incubator, where the embryo develops, while an integrated monitoring system observes its development continuously.
Stage 5: Transfer of embryos into the uterus. This process is completely painless and takes no more than one minute. Anesthesia is not required.
